White Grass

Welcome

As a Therapist for over 20 years,
I have been using an eclectic approach to help adolescents and adults meet their treatment goals and improve upon their lives, relationships, self satisfaction and joy.

I have advanced training with trauma recovery, eating disorders, medication management and high conflict co-parenting, my clinical experiences and training have enabled me to fine tune my approach as concurrently solution and insight focused.

You are the Catalyst for Change!

By utilizing mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques to reduce symptoms such as anxiety, and psychodynamic and relational approaches to address deeper, structural issues such as trauma, attachment, family of origin conflicts, relational and identity repeated themes; my job is to co-create a space with my clients to frame their perspective and make change possible, because therapy requires an individualized, multi-textured approach.
